I just got back from RA retreat. We were in Michigan for the weekend training the new group of RAs. It was a really fun weekend and I adore my new group of girls. It is going to be a great year!The freshman arrive tomorrow, I am excited to welcome them to campus.

Hi guys. This is Kelly Thorsen, one of Jake Bouma's good friends. Brandon, I have seen you in Des Moines a couple of times here and there and know more than a lot about you through Jake. Is that creepy? haha. Anyways, I thought of you both recently as I just moved into 1000 N. LaSalle. Basically we are neighbors now so hello. I was reading through the blog and Brandon I must say I am sharing lots of the same feelings you had at the beginning. I am not sure of all of this but hopefully it gets better in time. Perhaps we will see each other sometime!!
